Galvez is one of the few survivors of the great zombie apocalypse. When the outbreak happened, he took shelter inside of the local halloween shop. After seven months of being locked in, he finally went insane, butchering everyone inside the store. Galvez can no longer tell the difference between friends and enemies and is always seen wearing an old dictator costume
